About Or-Tal

Or-Tal was tagged a writer by her first grade teacher.

She started her journalistic career at the age of 15. Finished a 3 year Journalism program at the Haifa University by the age of 18. Was the first Israeli high school graduate ever to demand and take a final exam (Bagrut) in Communications & Journalism. She performed her regular military service as a military reporter and went on to writing for the largest, leading, newspapers in Israel. Her last position with a newspaper was the stock exchange reporter for the daily “Ma’ariv”.

She then turned to online journalism by heading the planning and designing of the first online financial newspaper in Israel – Analyst Online, which was later acquired by “The Marker”. Or-Tal is a communications strategist. For more than a decade she has been working with hi-tech companies on planning, establishing and maintaining their business communications strategies. This work requires a unique combination of skills, experience, knowledge, creativity and, well, connectivity.

Born in France, raised in Israel, studied in the UK and Israel, Or-Tal brings along a unique knack for languages, the basis for all communications. Using this Or-Tal also helps hi-tech companies develop names for the company, product or service.

Or-Tal is a mother of three amazing, gifted, children. Parenthood takes up a great deal of her time and dedication and goes well beyond the relationship between mother and child, and into the constantly changing education and entertainment systems surrounding the children, especially children with extraordinary abilities and requirements.

Or-Tal Kiriati

Today Or-Tal is examining her own idea for a new online venture, born from a mixture of life and experience, motherhood, hi-tech and communications.
